We went here on a whim, as it was right next door to our hotel. It turned out to be an excellent choice! Fantastic food, great service, and a fun local vibe. Perfect location facing the seawall, almost away from the "busy" and lots of locals frequent. New Year's Eve brunch was delicious! Lots of mimosa choices and cocktails at very reasonable prices! Coming in and the place was packed. They didn't have any tables open so we took the bar option instead. The bartender who took out order was lovely. She gave us recommendations that she liked and it sounded amazing so we ordered what she recommended. The food was amazing and the bartender was attentive but not to the point where it was annoying. My favorite place to grab a delicious meal when I’m in Galveston. It’s a nice, low light, relaxing atmosphere with great service and incredible food. This time I got the restaurant week deal. I feel like the food is a little too on the pricier end. The quality was good but we didn’t feel like some of the flavors were up to par. For example the pasta and the risotto. Overall the service was great and so were the drinks! They had the game playing and it wasn’t too loud which allowed casual conversations. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
