Stopped at Bist Bahce for lunch on our way back to the airport. It was a beautifully decorated restaurant tucked away just out of sight, so you would need to Google map the location. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was delicious, I had marinated beef with smoked Aubergine and Yogurt and my daughter had the Halloumi salad.
Both dishes were really tasty.
I had fried ice cream for desert, which I've never had before, it was quite unusual, but I enjoyed it.
The meal cost just over £30, including drinks and service, which for us coming from the UK was very good value.
Our waiter Unal was very patient with us and our lack of Turkish, we done a lot of pointing and translating on our phones, and Isa was lovely, he came over and made sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly.
I would highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

Nice setting. Good breakfast, ok service. The only annoying part was the smokers. Kind if ruin it for families who dont smoke. As the smell travels throughout the restaurant. Nice gardens, and play area for kids. Good location

I recently dined at Bist, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was both inviting and intimate, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. As for the food, it was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were bold yet balanced, and the presentation was artful. I especially enjoyed the chef’s signature dish, which was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Bist to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

Good food, good price excellent staff. Especially Osman who was our waiter a few times didn’t disappoint us. If you have the chance to eat here or just go for a drink don’t hesitate.

Zeynep, thank you for the fantastic service. I was a bit skeptical before coming, but so glad we went! One thing that I very seldom see in Istanbul is service with a smile; but our waitress here showed how it's done and was super helpful and professional.
We got various breakfast selections (not the breakfast platter) and each dish was just sooo nice and good portions. It's a little pricey but decent and fair given the service and quality of food. I'd recommend it for sure.
We came as a family with two kids and having the small kids playground on site was brilliant. They have a really nice air conditioned indoor section. Be warned that the section next to the playground is fairly hot during daytime/midday as the kids open the doors and the a/c isn't effective.
