A little disorganized, having one person take orders in the Drive-Thru as well as take money and give food really slows down the process. Because there was a long line, I didn't confirm that my order was correct. So I had to pull over and walk in to specify again that I wanted American cheese on the grits. No one apologized but they did put cheese on the grits. Food: 5 Service: 3
