Its just what you would expect from a store. You can easily with the help of the computers (or employees) find items you are looking for. Or order them if they are unavailable at the moment.
Staff is very staffy. Not overwhelmingly friendly (in my experience), but do their job as they should and are not unfriendly (just what you should expect in a store. Staffy staff).

When does Biltema opening shops in the Netherlands ? When we go to Sweden we visit these shops for the products, and great coffee and sausages.

The restaurant personal was really bad. Unfriendly and not helpful. First time there amd last time. Don't know anything about the store. Just restaurant.

Superkind and very helpful stuff working! Often experianced and with nice customer service, it's a pleasure to go for a shopping tour in biltema! So many items in the shop, hard to leave! 😄

Great place for everything. Great return policy of everything, Just tape the package back together and you can return it.
