I’m disappointed once again. I’ve tried to give the Michigan based company my business since I live here, but the product usually tastes like water. This was the last time. Too bad. I’d rather spend my money at Starbucks. STARBUCKS here I come.

Young lady with glasses at window was odd. She stayed at her screen near the window and pretended to work even though there was no one else in the drive thru line. After a minute of not working she finally collected my money. I tipped and said thank you. Proceeded to watch her stay glued to her "post" while the other staff worked. She yelled at the girl who made my drinks because she made two 20 oz instead of the 24 ounces I ordered. The "Alt" manager told her to just fix it. The young lady making my drinks got some steamed water and added it to both my wife and my drinks. I thought I must have been mistaken and have now tried both drinks with my wife. I tried to drink mine it just tasted watered down and off. Who knew steamed water would throw off the drinks that much? My wife took one swig of her drink and told me it tasted disgusting without one biased word on my part. I would have gone back, but I dont want my drinks made by such rude and sloppy hands. This is beneath the standard of Biggby. The girl in charge? Was not doing her job the very opposite in fact. I can tell you with 15 years experiance as a Head Chef with "leadership " like that your sales as well as you reputation will evaporate faster than the steam in my ugly coffee. I love free shot Friday! Really friendly staff, with a super manufacturing-esq mentality where your food rolls out within a minute. Gotta love the Midwest :)

Love this location! Staff is always friendly and quick. Never had an issue and I have been coming here for years. One time there was a staffing issue so they had to close earlier but they left signs up and even referred us to the Plainfield location. I love it when businesses leave up signs explaining when something is wrong.

They didn't get our order right, but there seemed to be a trainee at the drive-thru. The bagel sandwich we did get was not bad, and the chai tea latte was more milk/cream than anything. $17 for two drinks and a sandwich is a bit much.
