Vegan bolonez soslu makarnalarını ilk kez tattım. Ne yazık ki oldukça şekerli bir sos hazırlamışlardı. Etiketin yarattığı beklentiyi hiç karşılamadı :/ tofu ile hazırlanmış ve oran oldukça düşüktü.. aslında domates soslu makarna ekleyerek menüyü daha tutarlı yapabilirler düye düşündürdü bana.. içine yeşil mercimek eklenerek protein sağlaması ise güzel bir düşünce.. Oily and no taste. Service is good before you get a table. After that it does not exist. We were really exited to eat here because we had 5 star experience twice in Big Chefs Capitol Istanbul.
