Belfast Gastropub in Lindenhurst is the perfect spot for a night out with friends or family. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a modern pub feel and plenty of seating both inside and out. The service is friendly and attentive, and the menu has something for everyone. The Bavarian Pretzel, tacos, pastrami sandwich, and Lindy Salad with chicken are all delicious, and the drinks are cold and refreshing. The owner and staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The food is top-notch and the portions are generous. From the bulldog sampler to the honey bbq ribs, steak sandwich, Rock burger, and smoking Molly, there's something for everyone. The sides are just as impressive, from the sweet potato fries with melted marshmallow to the jalapeño poppers, onion rings, and crackle bites. For those looking for something a bit more Irish, the shepherds pie and tuna salad melt are sure to please. And don't forget the beer club, which offers free beer every Sunday, a sweatshirt, and raffle entries. All in all, Belfast Gastropub is a great spot for a night out. The food is amazing, the drinks are cold, and the atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommended!

I arrived a bit early in Lindenhurst, to meet a group of people for drinks at Belfast Gastropub, so I ordered, no surprise, a hamburger before they arrived...😎
The Hamburger menu was tight, as there were limited choices, but a bit daunting, in that there was no, " just plain hamburger" on the menu, but burgers with numerous "add ons" to them. I did not ask for a plain burger, for a couple of reasons, so I'm not allowed to complain about "no plain burger" on the menu😎
I ordered the " Almighy Belfast", with the spicy Cole slaw, and Corned beef on the side..More on that later.
As usual, I ordered the burger medium rare, toasted bun, I forgot to tell them no rabbit food. 🤷♂️ Well done Fries, of course
The burger came to me a near perfect medium rare.
The toasted bun was complimentary to the burger, as it's buttery taste worked well with the meat blend, and the add ons, that came with the Belfast Burger.
The bun to meat ratio was proportionate, as one, did not overwhelm the other..
The lettuce and tomato that came on the side, not on the burger, was small in the amount that was on the plate.
The meat.. It was good .But, the meat blend was not my favorite.
It was just too mild for my preferred taste.
That is not a slam on the burger, as people around me, at the bar, who ordered it, or other burgers on the menu, were pleased with it.
Also, again, this is not a slam on the restaurant.
As well, I'm not big on a burger that is in the realm of the "Man vs Food" universe.
I could not envision getting ones jaws around the burger, with ALL the fixings on the Almighty Belfast burger....Even without the Corned beef, and the Spicy Cole slaw on the bun, it was not easy to bite down on it. Some people enjoy it, I dont
Also. A bit steep in price, but with all the "add ons", it easy to see how the price gets bumped up to the nearly $24 price tag..
The Old Fashioned was a Top Tier drink...One of the better ones in the area.. And a very reasonable price.
It was good enough to make my list of places, to go have a drink at👍
This place is very, very busy, seems to be a successful restaurant, from what I know, have many, many, returning customers, and is a popular meeting place in the Village, so they must be doing something right 🤷♂️
The French Fries were very good, They came out crispy, as ordered, and there were certainly enough of them.
The Corned Beef was good, but cut a bit too thin, and dried out after a few minutes, on the side plate
The spicey cole slaw, I understand why they put it in the ingredients list, but I could have settled for plain cole slaw, but that just a personal taste.
The service could not have been better. The busy bartender was attentive, prompt, and professional, despite, a very busy bar crowd.
Even the waitress, at our table, was fast, courteous, and a charm to deal with, even with 6 different checks😳
I would not hesitate to recommend the Burgers, or the restaurant
The parking is not the worst. I was lucky, and the 8 people I met for drinks, all got decent, close, parking, at around 5 pm, on a Saturday evening.
The parking situation in Lindenhurst is far better than in Babylon, and Patchogue, which can make you wonder why you agreed to meet people, in those towns, on a Friday, or Saturday night🤔

Very nice place. I went with my dad today. Only had fries and chicken wings, but both were great. We also talked to the nice bar tender. Heard a few trains, but that didn't bother us. Five stars.

First time at Belfast. We were seated immediately, service was great. Everything we ordered was delicious. My husband and I brought our 2 small children and they both enjoyed our time and their food as well. Definitely going back.

I live in Lindenhurst. 32 years. Never went to a restaurant in my home town until Belfast arrived. Good pub food. Great service. Great value. Best Irish Coffee in the land. I left my purse in the restaurant and the owner returned it to me. I couldn’t believe it. I was so thankful. That is service. Thank you again Mr Crowe. I will be in for my weekly Irish coffee with the green sprinkles 💚
