I like the place. Have a hunt cabin in the area. Been coming here for over half my life. Gotten everything from, burgers, steaks, chicken , country fried steaks, their salads, and several others in between. They only really messed up my food once over the years. It has some nice Texas Roadhouse vibes to it. Just with a Pennsylvania twist. You can find Texas Roadhouse dinner rolls here, and they have those iconic mugs Texas Roadhouse serves their draft beer in too. It’s a unique place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a homey restaurant with a family-friendly, comfort feel, and a lovely gift shop. Unfortunately the Shanghai Fried Shrimp was RAW in one or two of the pieces. Didn’t get a picture of the insides but the shrimp was clear, grayish, and very firm. The batter also wasn’t crispy at all, just mealy and wet. Thoroughly unappetizing; I hope this can be addressed to avoid folks getting sick. Thankfully the staff is friendly and helpful, and our wonderful server replaced the meal for me. I took my girlfriend for our first dinner date it was a mistake she had the 8oz chopped steak she said that it tasted like a bland burger I tried it too it was a shock I expecting the texture of a steak but nope just like a burger I got a bacon burger it had no flavor either the bun was soggy i also asked for a baked potato that was supposed to come with bacon and fake cheddar cheese on it with butter I just asked for no sour cream but nope they gave me a plan old potato and to give this restaurant some advice make your portions smaller you’ll save on money and have less waste Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is a great restaurant! We didn't have to wait at all to be seated. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Would recommend this place to anyone as they have a variety of dishes. I had the salad bar which was fresh, clean & constantly monitored by the staff. I found that myself & companion were both satisfied that our meal was plentiful & sufficient. I enjoy Beeman's the waiters waitresses are all friendly. The atmosphere is nice.But l have found the food not as good and tonight l got a BLT and it had half a head of lettuce and 3 slices of bacon for 10.00.
