Well it was my bday yesterday and got a cake here... I don’t like being negative, but truthful. I got a cake with red jelly or just plain dye on top Of the cake. Please don’t sell this dye it was bitter, and for 26$ It messed everything about this cake. I would suggest putting real Cherry topping, as much as it was.. I scraped the dye off. Never again.

Popped in here after having some mediocre Mexican food, and wow was it just what we needed! Great flavors of ice cream, the girls serving us were friendly and nice and offered us samples of the ice cream! Thanks so much for being so friendly!!!

There are a lot of ice cream flavor you could choose from so you won't leave the place disappointed. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Good cakes but prices are insane and the worst part is not only the prices, that sizes of the cake are insane too. Not worth it if you are making a party with 16 to 24 people believe me the cake 8x12 wont be enough for the number of people. Too price like $60 and if you want to at a picture to the cake is $11 dollars more. Too much.

Customer service is just okay at this location but unfortunately it's the closest to us. The ice cream is always super YUMMY though!!!

Found out this Baskin Robbins charges more than any other baskin robbins because it's under new ownership. Just an FYI during these tough times. I'll be taking my business to Goshen where it's the price I'm familiar with.

My family and I will never go back to this location, one of the girls that works here was very rude. I was standing at the register ready to pay and instead of helping me, she ignored me and helped a man that had just walked in. She gave him his ice cream and walked over to ring him up. Once he left she had no choice but to acknowledge me and finally rang me up.

Jusy went to get an ice cream with the kids sign said open and the doors were open sign said closes at 10 it was 9:40 and wer were told sorry we are closed. All ice cream was still out. Going to yogurt land since they actually want to serve customers

I love how the cake decorators do an amazing job!! Employees are friendly and good customer service.
