I went into the store at 10 minutes until closing time (oops). I have to say I am incredibly impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness shown to me even as the clock was ticking down to closing time on a Saturday night. Bravo!

Staff is very helpful. Go to place if you are looking for something specific or just looking for something new. If they don't have what your looking they will find it and bring it in. I like online shopping but will 100% make and exception for Barnes & Noble!!!

I haven't seen a Barnes and Noble store in a long time. It was a delight. Found a movie and some items I had been looking for.

Went looking for a pretty popular book series and they don't ever carry it in stores. Required to order online. Also, literally 25+ people in line to check out and they had 2 person behind the counter. Store was organized, staff was friendly.

Friendly helpful staff. A lovely lady helped me search for books in pirates. She then got the one available in the store for me and ordered the second one that I wanted. Received a call hen the book was in . Very good customer service. The store is always well maintained.

So amazing my first time over the Veterans Day weekend I got 2 books and a Funko pop! I could spend 2 weeks in there and only need to leave for food and drink 🤷♀️

I am a published author and so I have always loved books!! I have always loved this store!! Everyone needs to quit buying all their stuff off Amazon and come into Barnes and Noble and purchase books. Their cafe is awesome too. They were short staffed when I was there last. I hope people will give them their business.

This is a great bookstore. They have a Starbucks. But this is a wonderful place to read and have some quiet time.

Even if you're not looking for books and magazines, Barnes & Noble has a lot of kinds of books and magazines. and of course, children's books are no exception to that. Such a large space. Also, they have a few chairs inside the store. There's a friendly atmosphere and it's a fun experience to just look around and see what you can find. All employees were wearing a face mask. They have a pretty fancy Starbucks inside the store. I highly recommend this book store.

What can I say; I like B&N.
Quiet, clean, inviting. Friendly staff. Has a nice coffee and snack area.
Kids section is good. Has music selections, though I've never used.
Staff is willing to order most things you want that they don't have. Prices average for the chain, which is generally on the high side.
