The service is extremely slow. Usually I have to wait between ten and 25 minutes to order and get my drink even if there isn’t a long line. Today I went in there, and repeated my order 3 times to the barista to make sure she heard it, including that I wanted pumpkin cold foam added to my drink, it didn’t come with it, but you can pay extra to have it added. When I went to get my drink there was no pumpkin cold foam on it like I had asked for. When I asked about it, she said it would be a 1 extra and I told her I already paid and told the barista at the counter I wanted it, repeating my order 3 times to make sure she heard it right. She then asks the barista if I asked for it in my order and she lied and said no. That was the last straw for me. It is so unprofessional and rude to stand there and flat out lie, after how many times I repeated my order to make sure she heard all of it. I won’t be back. Service: 1

Got a few gifts for my little family members for Easter. Especially the Manga section, my great niece is into Manga and can read one in a couple days. I hope my son and my other great niece's enjoy their books, I know they enjoyed their toys from Barnes & Noble.
