The service was slow and inattentive The burger, which was not the cheapest, was dry and lacked flavour, came with the wrong sort of bread and way too much topping. The interior is nice but this isn’t somewhere of return to given the other options in the town Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–20

Nice easy going bistro that serves good food and drinks. We had a lovely time here, while sitting outside. The village of Laren is a bit posh though, to say the least, but it's an old nice village, great to visit for a day away from hectic Amsterdam. Not a definite go here advice, but if you got some time to spare and want to wander of the beaten track this village and the ones around are nice and easy going. The forests surrounding the area can keep you busy for a couple of days, make sure to discover all of them as they are one of the best forest in the Netherlands. At night this little village looks almost like a fairytale and if you are lucky you might even be able to spot a Dutch television. Personality.
