These burgers are truly special. As a burger snob and home chef of more than 20 years, 18 of which I've made burgers at least one time per week, here's my take on why these are so much better than most; 1) The combination of beef is literally designed to be super rich and flavorful, but also maintain their structure to ensure it gets the perfect crust all the way around. 2) The bun is soft, but holds together against the juice and doesn't turn into mush. 3) The bacon is cooked perfectly. Not too mushy, not too crispy. Just right. Considering the quality beef they're providing, which comes from a local farm and is grass-fed, the price of these burgers is extremely reasonable. The service is always excellent. While I wouldn't compare these guys to Chick-fil-A, everyone is generally friendly and seems happy to be at work. Enjoy!
