Brought my cousin here for a birthday lunch and the experience was okay. The atmosphere is a little off as far as lighting and coolness. We sat near the entrance and to the right of us next to the bar is an area that just looks herrondous. It's a pile of old furniture thrown to the side (extremely tacky) 👎🏽. Food wise, the wings (dry rub) were actually good and calamari. The fries seem over cooked, hard in texture. The crab fries were good and edible because of the sauce and moisture from the crab topping. My crab roll was tasteless. Like I took one bite and gave it to my lunch date to take home my lunch. It had no flavor what so ever. The server said their crab is just mixed with mayo (a Japanese brand). There was no butter or garlic or anything to make this expensive crab roll worth a bite. When I went to Backyard Bayou on Friday, there was free Garlic Noodles served with any bucket purchase. Our family ordered a Bayou Bucket and free Garlic Noodle that were good enough for a family three. Good tastes and portion. Lobster MAC&Cheese is also good.
