Tried the Mac bites and fish sandwich both were tasty. I have always enjoyed their food. Horsey sauce is my favorite. I was glad to see they sell it in the stores now. This is the 3rd time we have stopped in for dinner. They always have specials and coupons making a meal very reasonable. Everytime we've been, the staff is very friendly and efficient. Chicken sandwich is the best. The location in Sun City West Az is clean, food is served piping hot. Coupons are wonderful for any family, saves you a bunch of money on any meal. So approx 6:35 pm we order inside. Not busy at all. Drive thru has 2 or 3 cars. The employee waits forever to drop the fry's and snacks in the frier. Then when it's ready she slides it to me with an attitude with the "have a nice day" line like it's my fault. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered online, arrived at the location on time. Was told they were out of roast beef! An Arby's can NEVER run out of roast beef on a Sunday afternoon or any day. Roast beef it's supposed to be there thing Waited for an hour before leaving without the order or refund. ARBY'S WE HAVE NO MEATS! Meal type Lunch

I got an alert for the $1, $2, & $3 items available only on the app. It was too good to pass up. I decided to try the Sun City West location. I entered and saw "Girl Power" going on. I expected really good service. The order taker was very professional and knowledgeable in the workings of the store. I was having trouble getting the app to complete my order. I tried 3 times and the cashier helped a 4th time. We kept getting the "Oops! Something went wrong" message. Meanwhile, the manager did not help. Also the Door Dash and Uber people were coming and not finding the orders ready. When we mentioned that maybe the system was down the manager said we would just have to pay full price. Nothing she could do. At that point we were about to leave. The young cashier did the math and came up with an alternative way we could pay around the same price. The kitchen was really slow for some reason. Finally the manager figured out that their internet was not connected or something. That's a half hour of my life I'll never get back. I appreciate the young cashier for her efforts to help Even though by law she could not pull our orders. So we waited even longer. Then we got cold dried out curly fries. They really should have thrown that whole bag away. The sandwiches and shakes were good. I think these fast food restaurants in Sun City and Sun City West need to let the managers authorize an override for when the apps are not working for whatever reason. It's happened alot. What I wanted was a double roast beef. What they charged me for was a classic. And what I got was this, with a stale bun. Second time I've been there and they cannot get an order right. And of course it was through the drive thru so you never know what you end up with until you get home. Won't be back.
