It's Arby's - it's fast food. My boyfriend loves it. I'd probably give it 5 stars if they offered a grilled chicken salad. I know I can order a sandwich with no bread, it's just not a salad. If you like salads, you know what I mean. I do, however, like the curly fries. Staff so busy and overworked they don't even have time to treat you with basic customer service skills. It's like they all hate their job and work to go through the motions to get a paycheck.
