Ordered 2 roast beef, 2 cheddar fish and 2 crispy fish in the drive thru because I waited 5+ minutes in the lobby without being noticed! Missing 1 crispy fish when I got home!! Customer Service Just went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal with beef n cheddar and deep fried mac n cheese bites plus a roast beef sandwich. When I pulled up to drive thru window, I let her know I had a question. "Would it have been cheaper to get the 2 for $7 with a medium coke plus the roast beef sandwich.?" And it would have been. Did she change it or should she have offered the price change to the less expensive price.? It was not. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
