A few of the workers give the rest a bad name. One of the workers tonight was unbelievably rude to us about picking up a mobile order through the drive-thru despite there being absolutely no one in line or in store. The way that people treat each other these days is insane. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not and it’s cold out. Be careful, I wouldn’t doubt this girl would spit in your food!! Every time I have been here was for dine in counter service. The food is always fast, fresh hot! The staff is literally always happy and helpful. The mobile app and coupons make this food as cheap as McDonald's, but so much better! Good job Arby's, I'm lucky I have such a great location not far from home.
