We have tried to like this Applebee's by visiting multiple times. We had stopped coming for awhile because either the service was bad, the food wasn't good or both. Since it has been awhile, we tried again. This was the LAST time! ALL of the salad ingredients were frozen! I ordered the penne. It wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheeses on it, it was barely warm. The breadstick was literally hard as a rock. And it wasn't just us having problems. Multiple tables were sending food back. Went on Veteran's Day for my husband's "free" meal. Got there about 6:45 p.m. Patked easily. Waited only 10 min to be seated. Ordered soon after. After 30 min waitress said they were waiting for one more item. Waited for an hour before we left, without our meals. Big mistake. Won't be going there on Veteran's Day again. Food was not even hot! Had to wait long for food, then had to wait for silverware, then had to wait to pay. There were only a few people in there. Table was dirty and silverware was cheap! This is their idea of a side salad. No tomatoes, no cucumber, and no cheese. UDPATE: I order from Apples almost every week. I gave up on their Salad and ordered my usual. It's a common that there are items missing from what I order. I normally overlook it. This last time I ordered, I order almost extra everything on my Fiesta lime chicken. Instead of giving me the items I ordered extra they omitted it. Leaving me with a plain chicken and rice. I had no extra rice, cheese and sauce. They didn't even give me the lime. The manager gave me a link to get a gift card. They gave me $10 off my next $40 order. How is that compensating all the extra money I paid for my order and getting a less than what comes on it?That's a scam to try and make me give them $40 to not even get partially compensated for my meal? So they don't replace nor give you money back for their mess up. They make you give them more money for their mess up. I'm not using their coupon nor am I ordering from them again. Very poor service, we waited for about an hour for our food. The place wasn’t busy at all. Our food wasn’t warm at all. My salmon was dry, broccoli over cooked, my grandsons hamburger was well not pink and bun was hard, his salad wasn’t great at all. He said “ the salad taste like it’s been seating out for awhile “.
