Very poor experience. We were there for two hours. Despite the fact that we ordered as soon as we sat down. About 45 minutes after we ordered the waitress came out to apologize and said they were short staffed. Then 15 minutes later 4 of the 6 meals came out. Portions were very small and over cooked. Another 15 minutes passed before the 5th entree came out. It was pathetic looking and looked nothing at all as advertised. The 6th entree we had to ask for to go because we had been there so long. 14 empty tables in the bar area when we asked if we could sit there he said no it's a section and we aren't opening it up. They had a number of people waiting.. my boyfriend said you should probably open it up or you are going to loss customers. He said well we have plenty more and that comment right there is the reason we left and most likely won't go back. It shows how little Applebee's values their customers. I am very disappointed. They had a fight in the restaurant. Our food was an hour late. Carside to go employee (skinny blonde hair) was rude. My steak was like eating rubber. I've never had bad food in the past. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Unable to rate food on account that they were not even able to sit us at a table. Restaurant was not even at half capacity. No indication on how long of a wait and when asked if we could atleast sit at one of the many open tables just to wait in general, we were refused. Service: 1
