I usually don't leave reviews but my last experience here was not good. I found a tie twister in my coleslaw. I gave it to the waiter and they showed it to the manager. While he or she did take $8 off our bill. They didn't think it was worth their time to come to our table and apologize. I came here with my father and my sister some time ago. The waiters stared at us with disgusted looks on their faces. And it took them at least 30 minutes to even offer us water and take our order. The guests at the restaurant also looked at us funny. My order was brought wrong, and I wasn’t sure if I should even eat it. I would guess it’s a racial thing. I did not feel welcome AT ALL. Fast Services and delicious food. The mash potatoes were creamy and delicious. Not too salty and not to dry. The meat just fell off the bone and the sauce had just enough smoky flavor. I called for curbside, (first time ever) food was ready in 15 min. I drove yup, they came out, my food was correct and delicious. I recommend the crispy onion rings. Today I came and had lunch. Tara was amazing everything came out on time. And my margaritas were so good! Like real good. Everyone gave a nice conversation which is why I really love coming to this location every time, I really enjoyed myself. Ordered Uber eats and the food was okay but less than warm but it was still good. Brownie was really hard and I couldn’t cut it with a knife or bite it😢 chips were on the salty side. My kids wanted Applebee’s for lunch and we were seated right away. The place was clean and food was delicious and hot. We all enjoyed it and all had leftovers for dinner😁 Irritated from an event right before I had 45 minutes to kill and ended up here. So glad I did because Kayla was my waitress and took me from really annoyed to in a great mood just by her great spirit! She saved the day and fed me😋 food was delicious and service was even better! When stopping here ask for Kayla and you will NOT regret!!! She made me forget I was mad 😂 Took my kids here last night for a snack before their game and while they were short staffed as everyone else is, they let us know right away and had us seated in 10 minutes. Our server Corey was clearly busy as he was running back and forth from table to table making sure everyone was taken care of, he came over immediately after we sat to let us know he would be right with us. His service was awesome as was the food. Came to grab a light lunch and Tara was awesome! Kept our drinks full and made sure our bellies were as well. Food was delicious as always!
