Went here to spend time with the family. My mom and dad were craving the ribs, and they absolutely loved it. We went late afternoon and the service was great. Food came out cold I asked for medium rare and I got rare . Our Appetizers were cold Overall very bad service not on the waiter's part but on the cooks and manager no quality to their food no love in preparing it. I would give them 0 stars but I can't I eat at Applebee's in the states this was applebee in Puerto Rico they put no love into the food in the state they give you the food how you order. I ask for glaze Salmon with mash potatoes and they bring a very nasty potatoes soup. Taste was poor in Salmon. Don’t go to this place. Hatillo Location. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

The steak was excellent. I didn't say anything but the mashed potatoes were cold but I will still give the a 5 because the sirloin was so good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Service and the atmosphere was very good. The food was good, not excellent but is a great place to share a good time with family and friends. If you are only looking for great food, then you can save some money and go to some of the amazing cafeterías or chinchorros where probably the athmosphere is not the best for family gathering but the food is amazing. Service was excellent, Yanira , our server was great, Im from the US, so I expected the wings to taste the way they do in the US, they didn’t, they were gummy salty as f***, and a little undercooked. On the spinach dip, the cheese was thrown on top and not even melted. The chicken and shrimp dish was pretty good. I will not be back.☹️ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Maybe the best Applebee's I've ever been to, not just in Puerto Rico, but in the mainland as well. Great ambiance and service, and unlike most Applebee's in the mainland, the menu here was fresh, delicious, and high-quality. Next time I'm in Hatillo, I'll make sure to pop by and check out this excellent restaurant.
