We didn't see the manager was nowhere to be found. Maybe that's why the service was so awful. We ordered unlimited meal from the menu but the waitress was too busy chatting it up with her friends & only brought 1 plate & took forever for the second. So we called it a wash & left. It was my first time at an Applebee’s. It was delightful. Great bbq riblets, great service, and a really fun atmosphere. I took my son and grandson for dinner. Went on a Sunday night for dinner. The place wasn't busy, but the fact that able body people parking is next to the main entrance and disable parking was all the way to the back, wasn't a good start. The hostess sat us on a booth that the distance between table and seat was so narrow, the table edge was hitting my gut, my wife space wasn't good either. We asked the hostess to get us another table and she got very upset. Our waitress was the only thing that saved the night, she was awesome. Our food wasn't worth the money. My wife ordered a cheeseburger and came with a slump of lettuce. I got the ribs and it was very dry, tough to chewed. Management shined by their absence.
