Pro wedding tip: hire AP Flour Dessert Co. to make your wedding cake. We tasted a handful of cakes from vendors in the area and none of them came close to Andrea’s. For our tasting, she curated a sampling of cakes and frostings based on our likes and dislikes. They were all moist, full of flavor, and seriously beautiful (yes, even her samples were picture perfect!). She whipped up a special Lemon Blueberry cake option based on our request to celebrate the flavors of Maine, which is where we got engaged. Needless to say, that ended up being the winner. We envisioned a modern, 2-tier cake complete with a delicate rice paper design and gold leaf. Andrea immediately embraced the challenge, and on the day of our wedding she delivered the most beautiful cake we’ve ever seen. Our guests still talk about it!
