I appreciate their openness to me ordering off-menu cocktails. Other reviewers understandably highlight their cider, which is great, but I often end up drinking from their large selection of liqueurs. They've poured flights so I can try new bottles, created random drinks from a vague prompt of mine, and let me sample things I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. More generally, Absolem is a one-of-a-kind place in central Maine and worth frequenting.

Amazing selection of delicious ciders! It was fun to taste different ones. Great space as well with indoor and outdoor areas. Attentive staff as well.

White Fox food truck was there when e went and it was amazing. The ciders are delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We'll be back for sure.

Went here recently for the first time and can't wait to go back for music and nice weather. This place has a rustic vibe, great variety of cider and staff are very knowledgeable about what's on tap. You can bring food in and they also have food carts. Well behaved pets are welcome and they have watering stations.
I would have gave them a 5 start, but they don't have flights and it costs a bit more to buy several small pours.

This place was awesome! It was our first time going and we loved the ciders (especially that they aren't your typical sweet ciders). The owners were all really friendly and they've made the space really nice. Will definitely be back

Always impressed with the ciders here at Absolem! This is real cider, how cider is supposed to taste (for those who don’t know, their cider is on the dry side, unlike the artificial overly sweet stuff you find in the stores). The owners are very friendly and you can tell how much they love what they do when you talk to them about their craft and the passion they have for it.
