Nice setup in front of Arable Brewing. Was able to enjoy a good beer well I waited for my pizza. Even gave me a buzzer for when it was ready. I’m a fan of thick crust pizza and the crust on this was incredible. So much cheese in a good way. Eugene is really lacking in thick crust pizza so it was great to find a place do it this well. I do think the tomatoes were super fresh which I good but there was also a lot of liquid released from them while cooking.
