Ended up walking out after waiting for 25 mins to get my most basic black milk tea but never got it. Couldn’t get the refund so the store manager pls contact me. And that’s not really the helper’s fault as she all by herself while the store kept getting orders from online so eventually she would start missing orders. Just a shame that u lost out an opportunity for earning someone’s business. And thx for ruining my weekend bubble run

This place has the best boba tea ever in the Bay Area. I normally go for Taro Milk tea, they are just yum and perfect consistency. Even the staff is quite friendly.
