Iced drinks recently have so much ice. Way over the 1:1 ratio it's supposed to be. With hundreds of drinks orded it's getting consistently getting more ice than product. Great drinks and amazing staff! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Only my 3rd time there since they opened. I'm not a fan...yet. I do want to say their employees are very friendly and take the time to let you know of any of their coffee drinks. I'm not that familiar. But it's coffee, right....how hard could that be?!? Anyway, I had a free coffee reward that I wanted to use today. So, today was it! I liked it. A bit too sweet but I know now what I need to do to customize it to my liking. I will be going back just because their customer service is great.
