The mohito had refined sugar packets in it so it didn't melt completely and it wasn't a good mohito with bland flavours The pasta came uncooked and the waiter had the audacity to say that's how it is in pure Italian restaurants As someone who has dined in multiple Italian fine diners that is simply untrue The Indian dal and rice took 40 mins to prepare Surprisingly they were good but doesn't justify the price. Overall a bad experience I would recommend that you go to their China restaurant instead As it is much better than this. It was rated highly when searched online but once I got there I figured it's one of the places i would never visit again. Firstly the Italian food is pathetic in taste and Chef Pankaj thinks he is one the best in town for Italian and even when he realised it was not made well which he confessed on the table but couldn't inform the team and change the food and when it was not done he could have atleast informed the team to deduct the amount of over priced pasta for the one where quality was questioned. Secondly the servicing staff is so lausy that we had to literally call them at least 4-5 times for them to come to our table and also want to specially mention to HYATT that even when the manager of the restaurant/floor saw us calling he was ignorant about it. I just want to understand from team HYATT Management that do we really have to pay for the food that is not so good quality.??? Will await your revert. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good combination of Western, South, and North Indian dishes. Live counters for eggs and dosa. Fresh juices are limited. Day in and day out it is fresh pineapple and watermelon juices. Freshly brewed coffee is also available. Service is super and the staff is very hospitable and professional Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Recently I celebrated my mother’s birthday there. Excellent services, they maintain cleanliness and take care of your need. Not only they listen to your special requests attentively but make sure they serve it finely. My family and I loved the food. Thanks Saurav, Sila, Sangeeta, Dhirendra and the entire team for making this day special! A good decent place for family celebrations. The food here tastes great. Absolutely loved their fresh orange basil mojito. The service is not good as compared to the price they are changing. They gave us menus in which 2 out of 4 had missing items as compared to the other. When we informed them they casually asked to check both and order whatever we like instead of replacing them. The staff is busy watching the food being prepared and hardly have any attention towards thr diners. When we asked we want half pizza without onion garlic they said that it won't be possible but gave us the same way but didnt care to mention it. We had to figure it out by ourselves.
