Food was great! Server on other hand was not friendly at all. No greeting don't think she actually looked at us once. Had to ask for silverware, refills etc..,think her name was Cheyenne. only know that because we didn't even get a ticket to pay so as they were trying to find our bill one of the ladies at the counter said she thought we were one of "Cheyenne" table. The service was really slow. The waitress was nice and did everything for us but after we put our order in it took over a hour to get our food and it was a Friday but the food was good. Seven days ago the Hillsboro store's furnace broke. The few brave people to stick it out are eating in winter coats and hats. I expect better of Friches! I buy my gift cards $200 at a time but this is the second and last visit. Obviously your employees and guests are not valued. I would like a refund of the $137.12 remaining on the card.
