Food quality was excellent. Santa Fe chicken salad and Quesadilla Explosion salad were both well made, good lettuce, juicy chicken. Service was excellent - food came out in good time and our server Carlos was fantastic - he even gave us recommendations for a dessert and typical Puerto Rican food for later in our week. We felt bad eating at a typical "American" establishment but it was just what we needed and it was hopping! Must of been an off day. Saturday night 7pm. Food was cold, service was slow. Wr sat at bar hoping for faster service Bartender basically ignored the 2 other couples and us to go hang out back. She repeatedly looked down the bar,saw our empty glasses and walked the other way. Honestly we were prepared to stay quite awhile and hang out. The time we walked in the presence was AMAZING! Our waitress Carl need a raise he treated each and everyone of us with so much compassion. Our drinks was good,food was hot, he engaged in our conversation, and overall AMAZING HANDS DOWN!!! If you go to this location please look for Carl he will not disappoint you and your family!!! Give Carl a raise he is well deserved. A bit disappointed with the food. Everything came in cold and tasteless. To start, the melted cheese was watery, definitely no cheese in there. The nachos and Santa Fe egg rolls were actually good. As to the plates, ribs were ok, Parmesan crusted sirloin was good, burguer decent. The sides cold and not couldn’t taste much of them. Slow service in the outdoor area.
