This is one of my favorite places. Everything I've tried is always good. Last time I went it was during lunch on a weekday, I placed a mobile order and came when it said it was going to be ready and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I love Chicken Salad Chick, however it took over 45 mins for our food to come out. The excuse given was they had to make more of the flavor we ordered. I would be ok with that, had that been relayed at ordering. The staff was not apologetic about it what so ever. Will not be back to this location.
