Arrived tired and hungry 😫 we decided on a light dinner, after 20 minutes I asked the bus girl who was our wait staff? She promptly took our order. 2 ceaser salads and tomato basil soup. 17 minutes later, we still only had our water at the table. We l just left. The point is they weren't even busy. Ended up at Leatherbys, best fish and chips, and the very berry salad was out of this world. We had our food in 14 minutes. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Applebee's has been a longtime favorite. They have wonderful and friendly staff that were very attentive and great food. I loved that they brought out our kids food quickly so they didn't have to wait while our meals were being prepared. The food was great my husband and I both got the all you can eat meals with ribs, shrimp and boneless wings and it was all delicious. Super weird experience at Applebees today. When we walked in they asked if we had any “little ones” and we said no because everyone we were going to have was older than 17. So they sat us near the bar. When my 17 year old sister showed up we noticed they weren’t letting her walk back to our table and we were super confused. Finally we walked over there and they explained that because she was under 21 she couldn’t be seated near the bar. Totally understandable. What was weird is they started to claim that we lied and didn’t tell them we had members of our party under 21…. But they didn’t ask… they asked about “little ones”. The part that I didn’t love is no manager or hostess or server or anyone came over to apologize or explain the situation. They just said we have to move to a new table. So then We grabbed our plates and cups and moved across the whole restaurant with no apologies. Then when one of the other serves asked us why we were moving the hostess had a little attitude saying “it’s the Utah state law, not us”. The situation of having to move was understandable but just really weird no one explained or apologized. Anyway, Courtney our waitress was AMAZING!! So kind, cool, and helpful. The waitress was super attentive and made sure our experience was wonderful. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great. The manager John was super nice and made sure to check on us and make sure everything was up to his high standards. The steak was so over cooked, she recooked anotherwhich was ( your worst fear) under cooked. So they tried again. We were there way way too long. They comped the kids meal, but it didn't make us feel better. Do not recommend. The kids burger was pathetic like a meat ball on a roll, a tiny meat ball Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN TO THIS LOCATION there should be a disclaimer on your burger size is WAY SMALLER THAN the picture on the menu. Also I ordered a Strawberry margarita it tasted like strawberry lemonade also the should be another disclaimer on the margarita you pour your own drink in the empty cup. My waiter was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there at all. I noticed the other staff that wanted to be there and liked there job. Also my waiter didn't come by to ask how everything tasted or if I wanted another soda until I was getting ready to leave when he came with my bill.. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had. Our server, Michael, was awesome and took good care of us. We got our drinks and food quickly. He also made sure to refill our drinks before they were empty. And he has the best smile 😁 The 2 for $25 deal was perfect for our Valentine's Day date. The food was super delicious.
