Waited 10mins before anyone acknowledged us at the door to be seated which then took 5 more minutes. Had a waitress walk up saying that there was a hold on the door and that she needed to check with the manager before we were seated. She never returned but instead continued working at her tables. Didn't see the manager until she finally screamed at us that she would be with us in a moment after waiting over some time just standing with the others to be seated. Then once seated, you can see the waitress was overwhelmed. Plus, she kept screaming across tables stating our order updates. Plus, the table behind had to send back cold French fries 3 times..3 times SMH But the Passion Fruit Mezcal margarita was delicious 😋 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Chicken Wonton Tacos

No one even came to seat us! We stood there for 15 minutes and no one ever came up to seat us. After 15 minutes, we left and the family behind us did too. They weren’t busy by any means as the 3 in my party and the 5 behind us kept saying. If they cannot even seat people, or even acknowledge customers at the door … I cannot imagine how bad the rest of the experience would be! Service: 1

Waitress was very rude. Was put at a table. She didn't greet us just said what do you want. Had to ask twice what we ordered. Didn't come back to check on us. Cleaned the bar and the overflow mat and then served food and drinks without washing her hands. Tried to throw away our food without seeing if we wanted to take it with us. The food was amazing! However we waited forever for service. We barely ever seen employees except when they took out order and brought food. It was cold because apparently they had no heat. And at one point I seen 7 different employees come from the kitchen area and I was still waiting for service. Had a great business meeting at the Applebee’s on Dixie Highway. Brought back some old memories from 20 years ago. This used to be the place back then. edition of the lunch menu was a plus and had some great options. Waited 11 min after being seated for a waitress. I had to go to the bar to get one. After finally getting my food, no one ever came to check on me. Again, I had to go to the bar to get a to go box and my check. Got the to go box but had to go back to pay the check. Having the machine to order and pay would have been good. Decied to go to Applebee's this past Sunday with my family. Arrived a little after 12pm. There wasn't much of a crowd so we expected good service and minimal waiting since the place was practically empty. After being seated and looking around we noticed the restaurant was dirty. There was visible dirt and crumbs on the floor. In the corners and on the tables. The tables were still sticky. Had to ask to have the tables wiped off. The waitress was pleasant but overwhelmed as more people began to arrive. After placing our orders it took over 30 mins to receive any of our food. The last two dishes were given to another table so we had to wait again to receive the last of our order. We were hardly able to get refills because the waitress consistently walked past our table without checking to see if we needed refills. We literally had to flag her down in order to ask anything and to receive our check so that we could just leave. The biggest problem with this location is they are understaffed. The restaurant needs updating and DEEP cleaning. I don't expect a 5 star experience from an Applebee's but they can do alot better than they are doing. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Applebee's is my favorite go-to restaurant. Very good hospitality a very good waitress. The food was pretty good I just wish they had baked potatoes instead of mashed potatoes they have loaded mashed potatoes my first time ever having them I give them a three star. My friend had some rib tips chicken breast green beans was delicious I had some broccoli that was wasn't that hot but they tasted pretty good. See you next time.

I can't believe this place is open the food is horrible!!! They got my order wrong the seat I seat in had a spring in my seat. I have never been to a worse restaurant in my life I am so sorry I spent my money here the waitress sead the cook had been in the back by his self all day. Don't come here!!!
